This METRIC Architect Grid Bundle includes eight (8) different A3 and A2 grids in .png file format with transparent background, so you can find the perfect grid underlay for your needs. Grids are designed to either be 1) imported at the beginning of a project, or 2) added to any 300dpi canvas already in progress. Grids can work alone, or in combination with the Metric scale rulers offered on this same store page, designed to paste into the grids at “actual” size.

How to use:

There are two ways to add a grid template:

• To begin a new document with a grid template, download the file to your iCloud Drive or On My iPad Files. Then open the Gallery, tap Import > Browse at the upper right side of the Gallery; select either iCloud Drive or On My iPad Files; select the grid template you want; and begin.

• To add a grid template to an existing drawing (to retro-actively scale a freehand drawing, for example), download the file to your iCloud Drive or iPad Files, then tap Actions > Add > Insert A File to add the template to any in-progress *300dpi canvas.
